He has been in the industry for 20 years and has 10 years management experience. He started in engineering after a university education followed by a 2 year OE in which he played rugby with UK club York. Following both of his brothers into a Hotter Engineering apprenticeship Adam has become our lead installation supervisor who is producing excellent quality work throughout the World. Company founder Tom Hotter formed the business in 1956 to service the general. The Company With a strong brand recognition and impressive product range in our specialized sector, Hotter Engineering has evolved through ongoing commitment to best manufacturing practice, innovative design, technology and uncompromising quality. Due to global growth opportunities and also succession planning within the company, this is a newly created position and we are ready for a prototype and custom make fabricating engineer to add value to our current award winning team based in Taranaki. The Role This position will report to the Production Plant Operations Manager.
The mechanical fabrication engineer will primarily be involved in the fabrication of prototypes and custom make products for our national and global customers, along with general manufacturing requirements on location at our factory, and on site around New Zealand and on site at various international locations around the world. The Role These positions will report to the Production Plant Operations Manager. All of these positions will primarily be involved in the fabrication of standard production items for the global export market, and in fabrication of prototypes, or custom make products for our national and global customers along with general manufacturing requirements on location at our factory, and on site around New Zealand and on site at various international locations around the world.

Due to continued global demand we urgently require several specialist stainless steel fabricators to meet this demand with our current award winning team based in Taranaki. The Role These positions will report to the Production Plant Operations Manager. All of these positions will primarily be involved in the fabrication of standard production items for the global export market, and in fabrication of prototypes, or custom make products for our national and global customers along with general manufacturing requirements on location at our factory, and on site around New Zealand and on site at various international locations around the world.
The new concept was granted a worldwide patent in 1970 and has since become the preferred milking system for most of the World’s large scale dairy operations. Merv Hicks was honoured with a NZ Dairy Industry lifetime Achievement Award in 2005, an award that has only one recipient annually. This partnership has seen high quality platforms manufactured in our Eltham factory and exported globally
